Everything is good, but the price is too high for what is offered. The breakfast does not correspond to the price you pay for. The bathroom drains and the sink are not cleaned, when you shower, dirt returns from the drain, which is not good, in the drain of the sink shows dirt, this is bacteria and needs serious attention. At such a high price there should be no complaints. The staff is excellent. I would not stay a second time. Although they could have checked me in 1 hour early, no they wished I had to wait until 3:00 p.m. and we were tired. You have to pay extra for everything. They accommodated me in the neighboring hotel as early as 11:30, they must win customers with small things. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't stay again. Only the staff is very kind and attentive .

Great location, better value for money than older hotels in Nisantasi. On a quite street couple hundred meters from the City Mall and American Hospital. Very good service and modern rooms. Great bathrooms and showers. Handsome cat works as a concierge.

It's a very good hotel! The service is great. Only thing I didn't like too much are the pillows, but that not worth deducting a point. I absolutely recommend this place!
